This website is operated by REXLEY INVESTMENTS LIMITED, trading as Apparee. REXLEY INVESTMENTS LIMITED is the contracting party for product sales and salon appointments. Registered office: Plot No. 12680/M/A, Augustine Lungu Road, Chalala, Lusaka, Zambia.

Adding items to your cart does not complete a purchase. You pay on this site with Zambian mobile money (MTN, Airtel, or Zamtel) through Lenco.

A mobile money payment is a request to your wallet. You must approve it on your phone with your PIN. The sale is formed when that payment is confirmed as successful. If you cancel the prompt, do not have enough funds, or the request times out, no sale is formed and you may retry or enquire on WhatsApp.

We do not take card payments on this site. Refunds, if due, are handled by Apparee off the site (typically a mobile money transfer) after you contact us.

You pay for an appointment on this site with Zambian mobile money (MTN, Airtel, or Zamtel) through Lenco. A mobile money payment is a request to your wallet. You must approve it on your phone with your PIN. The appointment is formed and the slot is reserved when that payment is confirmed as successful. If you cancel the prompt, do not have enough funds, or the request times out, no appointment is formed and you may retry. Opening hours are Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00, Saturday 09:00–14:00, closed Sunday (Africa/Lusaka). To change or cancel, message us on WhatsApp as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.

Prices are shown in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). We may update prices or availability at any time. For mobile money checkout, the amount charged is the cart total at the moment you start payment. Checkout charges the product total only. Pickup is included. Delivery is a separate charge confirmed after payment.

Use this site for genuine product enquiries and appointment requests. Do not misuse the booking or enquiry forms, attempt to access admin areas, or interfere with the service.

We take care with products and treatments, but we are not responsible for delays or issues outside our control, including WhatsApp or network outages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Zambian consumer law that cannot be excluded.
