REXLEY INVESTMENTS LIMITED (“we”, “us”), trading as Apparee, is the data controller for this website. Our registered office is Plot No. 12680/M/A, Augustine Lungu Road, Chalala, Lusaka, Zambia.

We collect only what we need to take bookings and product enquiries:

• Appointments — your name, phone number, optional notes, the service you choose, and the date and time you request.
• Product enquiries and orders — name and phone, optional notes, and the products and quantities in your cart. For mobile money checkout we also store the network you used, the payment reference, and the outcome of the collection.
• WhatsApp — if you message us, Meta/WhatsApp processes that conversation on their terms. We use it to reply about products, bookings, and wholesale.
• Cart cookie — a first-party cookie named apparee-cart stores product variant IDs and quantities for up to 30 days so your cart survives a refresh. It is not used for advertising.
• Analytics — Vercel Analytics records anonymous page views to help us understand how the site is used. It does not identify you to us.

We use this information to confirm and manage appointments, take mobile money payments, follow up on product and wholesale enquiries, keep your cart working, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party ads.

We share information only as needed to run the service: with Lenco when you pay by mobile money (your phone number, amount, and a payment reference), with WhatsApp/Meta when you choose to message us, and with our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel) to operate the website. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Bookings and enquiries are kept long enough to fulfil the request and for ordinary business records. Cart cookie data expires after 30 days unless you clear it sooner. WhatsApp message history follows your WhatsApp settings and Meta’s policies.

Under the Zambia Data Protection Act 2021 you may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as promptly as we can.
